24.02.2016: The roofers are busy

On 20.2.2016 we repaired the roof of trailer VB 197 805. In the weeks before, the wooden substructure had been partially renewed. Now we could first apply a new separating layer of roofing felt, then the top layer. Finally, the roof ventilators and the heating stove chimney were replaced. Next, the fan settings were sealed with roofing felt and the edge strips were fastened, which will hold the roofing felt permanently along the roof line. Now at least the roof of the car is in perfect condition again. In addition, we have already been able to replace part of the electrical system for the lighting.
